Chief of Nkawiekuma Declares Commitment to Promote Quality Education

The newly enstooled chief of Nkawiekuma in the Atwima Nwabiagya South municipality, Oheneba Nana Kwame Akoto I has announced his readiness to establish nursing training college in the community to help promote quality education for younger generation.

He also revealed his commitment to promote quality health care delivery by ensuring clean environment.

He called on his subjects to rally behind him through the efforts of unity to help develop the community.

Oheneba Nana Kwame Akoto I made these statements during the coronation ceremony to introduce himself to his subjects as new chief for Nkawiekuma.

Speaking on behalf of the citizens of the community, Dr Lawson Kyei Manu of Lawson Herbal Mixture pledged their total support to Oheneba Nana Kwame Akoto I to enable him develop the community.

The former minister of Sports, who is also the member of parliament for Atwima Nponua constituency, Hon. Isaac Kwame Asiamah underscored the need for the government to collaborate with traditional authorities to help promote development.
