ADB REVIEWS THREE -YEAR STRATEGY PLAN

Agricultural Development Bank,ADB is poised to review a Three-Year Strategic Plan to improve customer satisfaction.

The Bank’s Board Chairman, Lawyer Alex Bernasco disclosed that customer satisfaction was necessary in banking transactions therefore their systems would undergo review in order to achieve the goal of customer satisfaction.

According to Lawyer Bernasco, the three-year plan looks at the institution’s performance by way of introducing modern means in reaching profit stability, quality transactional processes and liquidity management.

In a visit to Manhyia Palace to inform Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, on the bank’s progress, the Board Chairman hinted that the vision of the project has resulted in the bank being used as the benchmark for other financial sector operations in the near future.

As an agricultural bank,their focus remains in that sector.

He said ADB continues to support private and public companies in terms of financial services and support whiles ensuring up-to-date trends are applied in the process.

Mr. Bernasco identified that, well to do countries are agriculturally focused, the reason why they prioritize agriculture engagements by way of providing flexible packages for agriculturist to boost agribusinesses.

The opportunity was also used to relay best wishes to His Majesty Otumfuo Asantehene on his 71st and 22nd birthday and on his ascension to the Golden Stool respectively.

Those present included members of the Board of Directors including the Managing Director,John Kofi Mensah.
