It recalled how the four-time MP paid his dues towards the development of the country with diligence, integrity, and a deep sense of responsibility.

“His contributions to the House, his advocacy for development projects, and his tireless efforts to improve the lives of the people he represented will be remembered. He embodied the ethos of service and the spirit of philanthropy that are the hallmarks of public service.”

“This is a difficult time for Parliament and for the people of Ayawaso East. We share in the pain of his family and hold them in our thoughts and prayers. May the Almighty Allah grant him eternal rest and grant his loved ones the strength to bear this loss.”

It further urged the media and the public to accord the family the needed room for privacy as they grieve.
