Foreign Affairs Ministry Invites Relatives Of Ghanaians In Ukraine To A Meeting

The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey has invited relatives of Ghanaians living in Ukraine to a Meeting over the evacuation of the Ghanaian nationals to a haven.

The meeting is set for Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at the Accra International Conference Centre.

According to the Ministry, the meeting has been necessitated by the need to evacuate Ghanaian nationals from Ukraine in its precarious security situation.

“In view of the precarious security situation in Ukraine, which has necessitated the evacuation of Ghanaians nationals, among others, from the country to safety, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Regional Integration, Shirley Ayorkor Botchwey is cordially inviting all parents, guardians, or relatives of Ghanaian nationals in Ukraine to a meeting”, a statement from the Ministry said.
