Centre-back Ebenezer Acquah has been appointed as the deputy captain of the 2023/2024 Champions of the Ghana Premier League (GPL).

A statement released by FC Samartex 1996 said he will be deputizing Emmanuel Adu Siaw.

The decision was taken unanimously by the players and officials.
