Attorney-General Designate Promises “Equality” For All

The Attorney-General and Minister for Justice designate, Dominic Akuritinga Ayine has promised Ghanaians equality and true leadership.

If approved by the Appointments Committee of Parliament, the 58-year-old will replace Godfred Yeboah Dame.

Dominic was among the first set of Ministerial nominations made by President John Dramani Mahama on his comeback to power.

In a Facebook post on January 9, 2025, the senior lawyer promised to discharge his duty with “Leadership, Justice, Equality and Fairness to all”.

Meanwhile, he has been congratulated by the Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Fifi Fiavi Kwetey alongside the other two nominees.

They have been charged to commit to the roles they have been ‘assigned’ for the transformation of the country.
