Don’t Come And Waste Our Time-NLA Boss To Potential Collaborators

The National Lottery Authority (NLA) has warned flippant bodies seeking to be collaborators to ward off.

According to the NLA, many companies only wasted their time in times past, something it won’t tolerate anymore.

Describing the NLA as a beautiful lady being dressed again, Sammi Awuku, the Director-General of the national lottery said, “We are likely to repackage many of our collaborators’ licences. Some people have wasted our time at the NLA for so long…if you are not ready to come to talk to us in millions of dollars for you to come on board as a collaborator, don’t waste our time.”

Speaking on TV3 New Day, he indicated that three of NLA’s current collaborators including a Jewish company, a Dutch company, and a Chinese company, will have their operations relooked following their sluggish attitude toward their commitment to the NLA.

Speaking on defaulted commitment on the parts of the Dutch, Jewish, and Chinese companies, he explained that “if you operate a lottery and you say you are not making a profit, and you declare a paltry amount to us, why do you want to continue the business.

“You are supposed to invest in marketing, that is not the work of the NLA. So the promises you make to us on paper; that you are going to invest in marketing, do this and that and give the NLA millions of dollars and it doesn’t come, I believe the NLA shouldn’t water the plant.”
