TEPA HOSPITAL COMMISSIONED

Tepa Manhene, Nana Adusei Antwenewaa Ampem I, has cut the tape for the official opening of Ahafo Ano North Municipal Hospital.
The Hospital has been equipped with modern medical equipment, such as x-ray machines, ultrasound machines, fully equipped operating theatre, medical gases, and patient monitors.
It also has a medical waste treatment plant, a power station, a water treatment plant, a central air conditioning system and an anaerobic sewerage treatment plant.
According to the Medical Superintendent Dr. Ebenezer Osei Acheampomong the Hospital is of Regional standard and can be compared to the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital.
He added that all is set for their work to begin with five Doctors and Two Specialists.
Dr Acheampong pleaded with Health Professionals to respond to calls to serve at the Hospital whenever, wherever.
Tepa Ankobea Hene, Nana Amoateng Tuffour on behalf of Tepa Manhene, Nana Adusei Antwenewaa Ampem,expressed gratitude to the current and past government for their effort.
President Nana Akufo-Addo onSeptember 30, 2020 commissioned a 60-bed Ahafo Ano Municipal Hospital in Tepa in the Ashanti Region.
John Agyekum Kufuor in 2008 as part of the ‘Ghana Hospitals Project’ initiated the hospital.
