Nigerian Forward Samuel Chukwueze Wears No21 Jersey After Milan Move

Villarreal CF winger Samuel Chimerenka Chukwueze will don the number 21 jersey following the conclusion of transfer formalities with AC Milan.

The 24-year-old Nigerian will remain with the Serie A club until 2028.

Announcing his move, Milan said, “Samuel Chukwueze has chosen the number 21 jersey.”

Samuel came through the Diamond Football Academy Youth Sector before moving to Villarreal in 2017.

He was first with the Spanish club’s B team where he played 20 games and scored four goals before making his debut with the senior team in September 2018.

With the senior team, he made 207 appearances scoring 37 goals, and winning 1 Europa League.

With his country, he is credited with 28 caps and four goals.
