We Have No Reason To Vote-Mesewan Residents
The people of Mesewan in the Ashanti region under Oforikrom municipal have wailed over deteriorated roads in their area.
Interacting with Opemsuo.com, the residents stated that they have been battling with terrible roads for some years now, “we see no essence in exercising our franchise” Mesewan residents said.
The residents added that they struggle to get cars to their various destinations due to the state of the road, moreover the traders encounter difficulties in conveying their goods to the market places.
They said their member of parliament Hon. Emmanuel Marfo has been deceiving them.
“We will not vote again”, they said
Unit Committee Member for Mesewan Electoral Area Mr. Ebenezer Adu Nyarko voiced out problems they are going through due to the terrible condition of the road and the countless armed robbery and rape cases. “Our leaders have been deceiving us”
The queenmother at Mesewan, Nana Yaa Acheamponmaa said her community lack development, and they have never enjoyed any national cake.
