Indian External Affairs Minister Arrives In Accra

The Minister of External Affairs of India, H.E. Dr Subrahmanyam Jaishankar, has arrived in Accra for a two-day official visit to Ghana.

The visit, which started today, October 6, will end on 7, 2026.

He was met on arrival at the Kotoka International Airport by the Minister for Foreign Affairs, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa.

A statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said Ghana looked forward to a fruitful visit.

The two countries intend to seize the opportunity to renew their inseparable bond of solidarity, shared values and long-standing friendship.

The visit is expected to further deepen bilateral cooperation between Ghana and India across key areas of mutual interest.
