Ghana to Mount Permanent Artefact At ITU Headquarters In Geneva

Ghana will mount a distinctive permanent artefact at the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland, as part of activities marking the 30th Anniversary of the National Communications Authority (NCA).

The Ministry of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovations, in partnership with the Ministry of Tourism, Culture and Creative Arts and the NCA, has therefore opened a national call for Ghanaian artists and creatives to design an iconic piece that will represent Ghana to the world.

Dubbed “Ghana At ITU – Create A Piece Of Ghana For The World,” the initiative is seeking original concepts suitable for permanent display in an international diplomatic setting.

The call opens on Monday, 5th October 2026, and closes on Thursday, 15th October 2026.

According to the Ministries, eligibility is open to every Ghanaian, including students, individuals and companies, with no minimum experience required.

Interested persons are to submit their concepts by October 15, 2026 via www.moc.gov.gh, or contact chiefdirector@moc.gov.gh and 0244371055 for enquiries.
