Ghana Police Declare 40-Year-Old Woman Wanted for Inciting Violence

The Ghana Police Service has declared a 40-year-old woman, Barbara Asantewaa Kodua, wanted for allegedly inciting violence.

In a wanted notice circulated on its official platforms, the Police identified the suspect as a female with a fair complexion, who was last seen on August 4, 2022, at the Kotoka International Airport in Accra.

According to the notice, Kodua is suspected to be hiding in the United Kingdom.

The Police are appealing to the public for assistance in locating the suspect.

“Anyone with information about the suspect should kindly contact the nearest Police station or call 0500100010,” the statement said.

The Police did not provide further details on the circumstances surrounding the alleged offence.

The public is urged to share any credible information through the Police website at police.gov.gh or via its official social media handles @GhPoliceService.
