Foreign Affairs Ministry Appeals For Help To Locate Family Of Ghanaian Who Died In Berlin
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has issued a public appeal for information to help locate the family of a Ghanaian national who died in Berlin, Germany.
In a statement issued on Thursday, September 11, 2026, the Ministry said the deceased, Mr Stephen Kofi Boamah, born on 8th February 1986 in Kumasi, was found dead in an apartment in Berlin.
Mr Boamah was reportedly known within the Ghanaian community in Berlin by the nickname “Guilly.”
The Ministry appealed to anyone with information on the deceased or his relatives in Ghana to kindly come forward and assist in locating his family.
According to the statement, the information will assist the Ministry in notifying the deceased’s relatives and facilitating the necessary arrangements concerning his remains.
