We Were Compelled to go in for ACJ320neo-Pius Hadziede

 
Former Deputy Minister for Information, Mr. Pius Enam Hadziede has emphasized that President Akufo-Addo is not extravagant as some are perceiving.
In an interview, the former Deputy Minister said they were rather compelled by circumstances beyond their control to go in for that flight.
“He (President Akufo-Addo) is not extravagant. We were compelled by circumstances beyond our control. ”
According to him the issue was beyond a shower.
“The decision to put the president on that flight had everything to do with his security and not comfort. The president doesn’t care about his comfort”, he said.
“There are technical and security decisions that the president himself doesn’t take. The president doesn’t take his own security decisions, it is the National Security architecturer who determines what vehicle is safe for him.”
“We also look at the availability. We used what was available to us at the time we needed to travel”, he admitted.
There have been a lot of controversies surrounding the the use of  Airbus ACJ320neo owned by Acropolis Aviation costing a sum of £15,000 per hour by Nana Akufo-Addo on a ten day tour instead of the Falcon, the presidential jet.
