We Aren’t on OSP List for Selling Premix Fuel as Petrol- PETROSOL

The Management of PETROSOL Platinum Energy has debunked claims that it is under the Office of the Special Prosecutor’s investigation for fraudulent practices for selling premix fuel as petrol at their stations and diverting Marine Gas Oil (MGO) to sell as regular Gas Oil.
In a statement, it emphasised that it has never been involved in such practices.
It assured its customers that it adheres strictly to regulatory standards and industry best practices, as well as upholds ethical business practices and high product quality.
“As an indigenous Oil Marketing Company (OMC) that is internationally certified for quality management and has won national quality awards and has also been commended by the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA) and the National Petroleum Authority (NPA) for our tax compliance and regulatory compliance, we want to assure our customers and the general public that we will continue to be a model of excellence in the energy sector.”
