Vormawor Arrested For Careless Driving
FixTheCountry convenor, Oliver Barker-Vormawor says he is in police hold after being arrested again for careless driving.
Vormawor broke the news on his Facebook page on Tuesday, May 17, 2022.
An hour ago, he posted that he was being taken to East Legon Police Station after he was arraigned at the Madina Magistrate Court.
“I have been charged with “careless and inconsiderate driving “”, he updated.
Before that, he posted “I need 2 sureties at Madina District Court wae lol. Carry your Ghana card.”
Vormawor believes his activism is provoking his arrests.
“ Very Bizarre that I had never been arrested in life. Yet, In just one year of #FixTheCountry activism, I have already been arrested three times. I have also already been sued three times, twice by the Ghana Police Service, and by the Electoral Commissioner”.
Vormawor is already standing trial for some “coup” comments he made on his Facebook page.
