Think of Marriage After 35; Nana Ama McBrown to Women
Ghanaian actress Nana Ama McBrown has controversially counselled young ladies and men against rushing into a marital union at tender age.
She is of the view that beyond 35 years could be the ideal age for any individual to consider and settle down with a soul mate, at which point the couple would be more experienced about the issues of life.
McBrown’s controversial advice came during an interview with Bola Ray on Thursday.
“Think of marriage after 35 or get married after 35. What I have gone through, I was happy I was not shot and killed, stabbed, or abused through the relationships I passed through.”
If granted a second chance at life, the TV goddess rumoured to be confronting marital challenges said she would have considered marrying beyond 35 years.
“If I were to get the chance to be a child a gain, I would have thought of marrying after 35 as a woman and after 40 as a man or probably 45.”
The 47-year-old celebrity married her husband, Maxwel Mawu Mensah in 2016.
