Technical Hitches With MMS- Compliant Meters Resolved

Users of MMS- Compliant Meters can now purchase electricity credit, the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) has announced.

It followed the resolution of a technical challenge.

“The Electricity Company of Ghana wishes to inform our cherished customers and the general public, especially those using MMS- Compliant Meters, that the technical challenge has been resolved.”

“Customers can now successfully purchase electricity credits for their MMS- Compliant Meters via the ECG. Power App/Short code *226# and from third-party vendors.”

It further expressed its appreciation to customers for their support and cooperation.
