Crocodile Matchets Company Gifts Asantehene a Gold-coated Ceremonial Machete
Leading manufacturer of high-quality farm implements, Ghana Crocodile Matchets Company, has gifted Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Asantehene, a special decorative machete.
The ceremonial machete is coated with gold, Management of the company told the King while presenting it during the last Awukudae of the year on December 3, 2025.
It emphasised the enabling business environment it had enjoyed over the years in the realm of His Majesty for the honour.
“We want Otumfuo to remember us whenever he sees it.”
It also announced a donation of 600 cutlasses to Manhyia Palace as well as traditional drinks.
Crocodile Matchets, an indigenous company, established in 1968, is into the manufacturing of all kinds of durable farming tools such as cutlasses, hoes and oil palm sickles.
