Success Isn’t Measured Solely By Titles Or Accolades But Impact- King Mswati

At the 58th Congregation of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), the King of Eswatini, His Majesty Mswati III, conveyed a resounding counsel to graduands as they readied to step into the world with various levels of degrees.
The King who was climaxing his five-day visit to Ghana in a speech stated that success extends beyond earned titles and accolades.
According to His Majesty, impact is a key recipe in the definition of success and therefore urged the group to make their impact felt.
“Let me remind you that success is not measured solely by titles or accolades but by the impact you make on the world around you. Be courageous in your pursuits, compassionate in your actions, and unwavering in your integrity.”
“To the graduands, we strongly believe that during your time here, you have not only acquired knowledge but also learned how to think critically, solve problems, and innovate. These skills will serve you well, no matter where your path leads.”
The Monarch did not mince words when he stated that complex challenges await them. However, he encouraged them with the fact that they are equipped and empowered to create solutions from their acquired knowledge.
“Your education has prepared you not just to adapt to change but to lead it. The world today is driven by technology and artificial intelligence, and we look up to you to lead us through this new norm.”
The 58th Congregation saw 8,161 students graduate from the KNUST. Three thousand one hundred and ninety-six of the figure were undergraduates and 4,965 postgraduates.
Particularly on Saturday, 118 postgraduates graduated.
