Stephen Appiah Appointed Member of Ghana Anti-Doping Agency Governing Board

Former Black Stars player Stephen Appiah has been appointed as part of the 13-member Governing Board of the Ghana Anti-Doping Agency (GADA).
The Committee is chaired by Prof. Francis Dodoo, Ph.D with other members including Killian Kwame Abrampah, Yennah Ngminlasongna Michael, Dr George Tsey Sabblah, Hazel Juddy Mensah, Anna Pearl Akiwumi Siriboe, Gaetan Charles Adangabey and Mrs Wilheliman Asamoah.
Other members of the Board are ACP Asiedu Eric Asamoah, Apollonius Osei –Akoto Asare, Dr Christain Hagin, and Wosiela Eve Bobie.
The Board was inaugurated on January 13, 2026, by the Minister for Sports and Recreation, Kofi Iddie Adams.
The Minister charged them with safeguarding and driving integrity in Ghanaian sports, including boxing.
