Spain’s Postgraduate Scholarship for African Women Opens

The Ghana Scholarship Authority has announced the opening of the Government of Spain’s scholarship programme for African women to undertake postgraduate courses.

The call for applications for the 2026 – 2027 Learn Africa Scholarship Program opened on April 1, 2026.

This postgraduate program is designed specifically to empower African women by providing access to high-quality education at leading Spanish academic institutions.

To be eligible, an applicant must be a Ghanaian, hold at least a University Diploma or Degree and meet the specific requirements of the chosen course or institution.

The Scholarship Secretariat, in a press statement, encouraged applicants to visit the website for detailed information on eligibility requirements, application guidelines and scholarship benefits.

The deadline for applications is April 19, 2026.
