Sheikh Sharubutu Cup: Kotoko-Olympics Clash Postponed
The game between Asante Kotoko Sporting Club and Accra Great Olympics in honour of the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharubutu has been postponed.
This was announced in a notice by Kotoko on Wednesday.
The game was scheduled to take place at the Accra Sports Stadium on Sunday, April 28, 2024; however it will now be held on a yet-to-be determined date.
“Our game against Accra Great Olympics in honour of the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Osman Nuhu Sharubutu, has been postponed to a yet to be determined date by the organisers.”
By this development, the club indicated, their game against Medeama SC in Ghana Premier league will be take place as earlier planned.
“Our #GPLMD28 game with Medeama will be honoured according to the previous schedule by the FA,” the notice noted.
