Security Agencies Recruitment: Why Applicants Are Facing E-Voucher Challenges

The Ministry of Interior has identified the cause of the challenge behind the application by prospective police, fire and immigration recruits using the 2025/26 Centralised Services E-Recruitment platform.
The challenges relate to some vouchers purchased from Ghana Post on 20th and 21st November 2025.
Following a review, the Ministry found that the problem resulted from an inadvertent mislabeling of “Pincodes” as “Serial Numbers” and vice versa at the point of sale.
“Therefore, applicants who purchased vouchers from Ghana Post within the said period are advised to use their PIN code as Serial and vice versa on the application portal in order to apply,” it directed in a notice.
