Samartex Team Manager Passes On
FC Samartex have announced the passing of their Team Manager, Mr. Alex Osborne Eshun.
He died on Tuesday while receiving medical attention at the Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital (KATH), the club said in a press statement on Thursday, January 18.
According to the club, he died after a short sickness.
“It is with profound sadness and deep grief that we announce the painful death of Mr. Alex Osborne Eshun, Welfare / Team Manager of FC Samartex.”
Commiserating with the family of Mr Eshun, Sarmatex said, “We pray that God will comfort his wife and children, his bereaved family and all of us here at FC Samartex and grant us the fortitude to bear this irreparable loss.”
Some fans have already started reaching out to the club to share their commiseration.
“Very sad,” one said with another commenting, “Rest well father.”
