Prisons Music Department Holds Pre-Easter Concert
The Ghana Prisons Service Music Department (Headquarters) has organised a pre-Easter concert titled “Moment of Reflection.”
The event took place at the Prisons Headquarters, bringing together personnel in a spirit of reflection and festivity.
The initiative underscored the importance of music as a tool for inspiration, unity, and emotional expression, particularly during the Easter season.
The concert featured impressive performances from band members of the Ghana Prisons Service, as well as invited bands from the Ghana Police Service and the Ghana National Fire Service.
Participants delivered powerful and captivating musical renditions that uplifted the audience and marked the occasion meaningfully.
The celebration highlighted the vital role of music within the security services, not only as a form of entertainment but also as a medium for communication, morale building, and cultural expression.
Present at the concert were members of the Prison directorate, schedule heads and senior officers at the Prison headquarters.
