President’s Cup: Regional Minister, KMA Boss Motivate Kotoko

The Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr Frank Amoakohene, and the Chief Executive of the Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly, Hon. Richard Ofori Agyeman Boadi, have visited Asante Kotoko SC ahead of the President’s Cup.

The visit on June 30, 2025, was aimed at boosting the enthusiasm of the team and inspiring them to victory.

In a Facebook post, the Regional Minister said, “We encouraged the team and assured them of our full support. The spirit in camp was high, and we are confident of a great performance and victory!”

He further encouraged supporters to go in their numbers to support the Porcupine Warriors.

The President’s Cup will be held this Sunday against arch-rivals Accra Hearts of Oak.
