Parliament Enhances Public Engagement Through ‘My Parliament Experience’

Parliament is actively engaging with the public this week by welcoming a diverse range of stakeholders to the House of Representatives as part of the “My Parliament Experience” initiative.

The programme aims to make Parliament more accessible, transparent, and citizen-focused by offering the public firsthand insight into legislative processes.

In line with this objective, the House received groups from sixteen constituencies across the country.

The visiting groups were participants from Mozano Senior High School, Dome Market Women, Odo Na Eye Nkabom Kuo, the Kuntunse Cluster of Schools and the Pentecost University School of Law.

The Ashaiman Technical and Vocational Institute, Ahwerase M/A Junior High School, Sogakofe Senior High School, Alavanyo Senior High School, and many others were also represented.

In addition, contestants in the 2025 National Public Speaking Competition were also hosted for the grand finale.
