NSA Sends Deadline Reminder to Unvalidated Service Personnel

The National Service Authority (NSA) has reminded unvalidated service personnel about the impending final deadline for the ongoing Regional Validation Exercise.

The exercise will be closed on Friday, December 12, 2025.

It encouraged all personnel who have not yet completed their validation to do so without delay, emphasising that the process is mandatory and plays a crucial role in confirming their active service status and facilitating the timely processing of allowance payments and other service-related benefits.

“NSP are hereby reminded to schedule their appointments and visit the designated validation centres in their respective regions to complete the exercise.”

It noted that failure to complete the validation process by the deadline will lead to forfeiture of their National Service Personnel status, in accordance with established regulations.

“The NSA appreciates the cooperation of all personnel and remains committed to ensuring an efficient, transparent, and smoothly coordinated service year for every NSP.”
