NPP’s Kwabena Agyepong Shares His ‘Triple S Doctrine’ for Leadership

Mr Kwabena Agyei Agyepong has shared what he calls the ‘Triple S Doctrine’, a personal philosophy he believes should guide public service and political leadership in Ghana.

The doctrine, he explained, is built on three key principles — Service without expecting anything in return, Selflessness, and Sacrifice.

Speaking during an appearance on Opemsuo Radio’s Nkwantannanso, Mr Agyepong said the doctrine reflects his lifelong conviction that leadership should be about duty, not personal gain.

“I have a doctrine I call the Triple S Doctrine — service without expecting anything in return, selflessness, and sacrifice,” he declared, stressing that politics must be rooted in genuine commitment to national development rather than self-interest.

He also spoke passionately about the declining state of local football, he said it was disheartening to see a once-glorious club like Asante Kotoko forced to play home matches away from Kumasi due to poor infrastructure.

The NPP flagbearer hopeful vowed to restore Ghana’s lost football culture by bringing the sport back under the direct attention of the presidency, just as Kwame Nkrumah once did during Ghana’s golden era of sports.
