NPP to Make Delegates Register Available to Presidential Aspirants on Nov 13
The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has announced that the voter register for their upcoming Presidential primary will be distributed to aspirants on November 13, 2025.
According to the party, a nationwide voter album verification and validation exercise, encompassing all constituencies and External Branches, has been successfully concluded.
Addressing the press on November 6, Presidential Elections Committee Chairman Joseph Osei-Owusu said the process also confirmed the removal of delegates who had passed away or forfeited their membership in accordance with Article 3(9)(1) of the party’s constitution.
He added that minor administrative discrepancies such as wrongly spelt names, omissions, and inaccurate entries are currently being rectified.
“In the interest of full transparency and fairness, all aspirants will be furnished with the provisional voter register on Thursday, November 13, 2025.”
Following this, he said two weeks will be provided for verification, observations, and feedback before finalising the register.
Contesting for the party’s flagbearer position are Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, former Assin Central MP, Dr. Bryan Acheampong, former Food and Agriculture Minister, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, former Vice President, Dr. Yaw Osei Adutwum, former Education Minister and former General Secretary of the party, Kwabena Agyei Agyepong.
