Nkawie Kumahene Donates to Elderly and Vulnerable 

Oheneba Nana Kwame Akoto, the Chief of Nkawie Kuma, has extended a helping hand to approximately 80 elderly and vulnerable individuals in his community, distributing assorted items and monetary support during a special visit.

This act of generosity is part of the Chief’s broader commitment to community welfare and development.

The visit, graced by several sub-chiefs and community leaders, provided much-needed relief to the beneficiaries, who expressed their gratitude and offered prayers of blessing for the Chief.

In addition to his donation, Oheneba Nana Kwame Akoto reaffirmed his dedication to improving Nkawie Kuma’s infrastructure.

He outlined plans for constructing a new lorry station to reduce traffic congestion and relocating roadside traders to enhance safety and the town’s appearance.

The Chief used the occasion to advocate for caution during the Christmas season, urging Ghanaians, particularly drivers, to avoid excessive drinking and reckless behaviors that could lead to accidents.

He emphasized the importance of prioritizing prayer and responsible actions during the festive season.

The visit saw the presence of sub-chiefs including Nana Agyare Boateng-Tano (Dumasehene/Nkawie Kyidomhene), Kyeame Amakwah (Nkawie Dabehene), Nana Manu (Nkawiehemaa Kyeame), Nana Gyinadu Boaponsem (Nkawie Benkumhene), Nana Adoma Akosua (Nkawie Afenahemaa), Nana Amponsah Obaaku (Adankwame Akwamuhemaa), and Nana Ama Brafi (Nkawiehemaa Kyineyetuahemaa).

Also present were Kyeame Agyapong, Kyeame Tuffour, and Abusuapanyin Appiah.
