Nissan Pick-up Crashes Into Cargo Truck

 
A woman has been confirmed dead with two others hospitalized at the Winneba Trauma and Specialist Hospital after a Nissan Pick-up truck run into a cargo truck.
The accident occurred along the Gomoa Mpota road in the Central Region.
Narrating the incident to Citinews, the Municipal Fire Officer for Winneba, Divisional Officer Grade 1, Henry Asiedu, said a Nissan pick-up truck travelling from Cape coast to Weija burst one of its tyres causing the driver to lose control and run into a truck parked along the shoulders of the road.
He noted that a woman seated by the driver in the Nissan truck died as a result while two others – the driver and a 5-year-old sustained injuries.
