Mahama Commissions Kulsoume Sinare as Ambassador-designate to Spain
President John Dramani has commissioned actress Kulsoume Sinare Baffoe as Ambassador-designate of the Republic of Ghana to the Kingdom of Spain.
The event took place briefly at the Jubilee House on Tuesday, March 17, 2026.
The actress has an impressive career, marked by her versatility in film and television, earning her numerous accolades.
She is known for women’s empowerment and creative arts development.
She holds a Master’s degree in International Relations and Diplomacy from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA), which equips her for this role, demonstrating that she possesses the requisite knowledge and skills to represent Ghana’s interests effectively in Spain.
As Ghana seeks to deepen its cultural, economic, and bilateral ties with European nations, Kalsoume’s presence in Spain can play a pivotal role in fostering these relationships.
