Kwadaso MCE Commends Outgoing Coordinating Director
Hon. Richmond Agyenim Boateng, the Municipal Chief Executive (MCE) for Kwadaso, has commended the retiring Coordinating Director, Mr. Emmanuel Ntoso, for his remarkable contributions to the Assembly.
Speaking at a farewell event held at Mr. Ntoso’s private residence in Kokobeng, the MCE praised Mr. Ntoso for his vast experience, hard work, and dedication to service.
“The outgoing Coordinating Director has simplified the work of the Assembly and has left an indelible mark,” he said.
Mr. Emmanuel Ntoso, who has retired from civil service in accordance with the Civil Service regulation, called for effective collaboration between Metropolitan, Municipal and District Chief Executives (MMDCEs), Assembly Members and Coordinating Directors to enhance development.
He stressed that the work of Coordinating Directors is a tedious task, which involves coordinating the activities of all departments in the Assembly. He expressed concern about the tendency of Coordinators to be associated with party colors, but encouraged his former colleagues to be diligent in their work and serve the government of the day.
The Presiding Member for the Kwadaso Municipal, Hon Samuel Kwasi Gyamfi, praised Mr. Ntoso for his hard work and ability to unite the staff.
Some Assembly Members who also spoke at the ceremony lauded Mr. Ntoso’s achievements, stating that he was a blessing to the Assembly, as he managed to resolve the numerous misunderstandings between Assembly Members, the MCE, and the staff.
