Kumasi Evangel Choir-Ghana to Embark on a 5-Nation Concert Tour

The Kumasi Evangel Choir-Ghana is scheduled for a five-nation concert tour across Europe and Asia.

Through its soul-touching music, it would spread joy, touch lives and give global recognition to its roots.

The tour is expected to usher in the choir’s 15th anniversary celebration in the preceding year.

Slated for this December, the Kumasi Evangel Choir-Ghana will first visit Vienna, Austria, to participate in the highly anticipated Sounds of the Basilica Concert on December 17, 2025, at St Joseph Kirche.

This will be followed by a concert featuring the Russian Soul Choir in Prague, Czech Republic, followed by concerts in Hamburg and Berlin, Germany, and concluding with a final concert in Poland.

Before returning to Ghana, the group will visit Dubai.

Meanwhile, a section of the Choir is currently touring in the United States for concerts in various states.

This will be the second concert tour of the group for this year, after an earlier one in July.

For the 15th anniversary launch, there is a planned collaboration with the renowned Gospel singer Diana Hamilton, expected to take place in July 2026.

Established in 2012 as Celestial Evangel Choir-Ghana, the professional choral group rebranded as Kumasi Evangel Choir Ghana in 2022 to highlight its roots and cultural identity.
