I Don’t Have Liver Disease- KiDi

KiDi has set the record straight concerning his health challenges which appear to have been misunderstood by the Ghanaian public.

It had been alleged that he was suffering from a stroke when he went on a social media and career break in March this year, however, that was discredited when he made his first social media post on April 14.

“Unfortunately, a few bad actors took this as an opportunity to spread false stories that got a lot of you very concerned. While I do not want to give it any more attention, I want to categorically address that those stories were false,” his post read.

Later on, it was inferred that he had contracted a liver disease when he released his “I Lied” track in April due to its lyrics.

His lyrics said he is “dead inside” and goes further to say “If I show you my liver, You go take me to prayer”.

He also said he doesn’t feel like outing but wants to stay inside.

But all the speculations have been shot down as misinformation during a yet-to-air interview on Stripped.

A trailer of the interview captured the singer saying he never had a stroke nor is he suffering from a liver disease.

“First of all, I don’t have a stroke, it’s one of the craziest things I ever heard. I want to state categorically, I do not have a liver disease,” he noted.
