Ghanaians are Bad So God Punishes Them With a Bad Leader- Businessman
Ghanaian businessman Prince Kofi Amoabeng has stated that the bad and corrupt nature of Ghanaian has attracted a punishment of bad leadership over the country from God.
In his estimation, Ghanaians are generally “evil”.
In an interview on the Compass Show which has gone viral, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of defunct UT Bank listed the sins of Ghanaians drawing inspiration from the bible.
“Generally, Ghanaians are not good people. Let’s accept it-sometimes we are evil. We hate people for no reason, we are jealous of others, and we are not honest when dealing with people in business or elsewhere. We like corruption, we have been corrupted, and we get into all sorts of things.”
In his belief, such people do not go scot free but get punished with bad leaders.
“When the people are that bad, God will not bail them out. The only way for God to punish them is to give them a bad leader who will ensure that things don’t work for them.”
Kofi Amoabeng’s UT Bank was among the financial institutions that had their licences revoked by the Bank of Ghana for liquidity concerns in 2017.
