Ghana-Sudan Clash: Thanks for Being the 12th Player; GFA to Spectators

The Ghana Football Association (GFA) has expressed its overwhelming gratitude to the numerous fans who filled the Accra Sports Stadium to witness and cheer the Black Stars on in their third Africa Cup of Nations qualifier against Sudan.

According to the FA, the spectators played the crucial role of the 12th player at the stadium.

“Your energy, enthusiasm, and unwavering support were the 12th player on the field, driving our team forward.”

It added, “Your presence and loyalty are what make Ghanaian football truly special. We appreciate the sacrifices you made to be there, from braving the traffic to securing tickets and joining the sea of passionate fans. Your voices, drums, and cheers created an electric atmosphere that inspired our players to give their all.”
