Ghana-Niger Game Open WAFU Zone B Boys Tournament On Friday

Ghana will take on Niger on July 7 in the opening of their WAFU Zone B Boys Cup of Nations.

The country’s U20 team will be in Cote D’Ivoire where the tournament will be hosted.

Ghana is in Group A alongside Cote D’Ivoire, Niger and Burkina Faso.

After their opening game, Ghana will face Burkina Faso on July 10 before their last game against Cote D’Ivoire three days later.

The tournament will run in Abidjan from July 7 to 21, 2023,

Nigeria, Benin, and Togo were drawn into Group B, however, Nigeria have redrawn.

This comes after the WAFU B Girls U20 Championship which took place from May 20 to June 3 2023 where Ghana emerged victors.
