Ghana Athletics Suspends Coaches Wisdom Loh and Jeffery Nkrumah

The Ghana Athletics (GA) has suspended Coach Wisdom Loh and Coach Jeffery Nkrumah for allegedly undermining its authority and bringing it into disrepute.

The suspension bars them from all GA-related activities, personnel interactions, and athlete engagements pending the completion of a full investigation into allegations.

“The investigation is also interrogating whether their actions have directly or indirectly facilitated the exploitation of Athletes whether based in Ghana and/or foreign-based Ghanaian Athletes,” it said in a statement.

They have therefore been notified to cease and desist from presenting themselves, in any setting, as representatives of Ghana Athletics and or as licensed representatives of athletes from Ghana.

It noted that any Ghanaian athlete, coach, official, or personnel who continues to deal with Mr. Loh and Mr Nkrumah in matters regarding Ghana Athletics and matters regarding any of the objectives of Ghana Athletics, will be considered as their accomplice thereby liable for sanction.
