GFA Announces Date for Ordinary Session

Ahead of the 2025/2026 football season, the Ghana Football Association (GFA) will hold the 31st Ordinary Session on August 12, 2025.

The meeting will be hosted at the Ghanaman Centre of Excellence at Prampram, it said in a statement issued on June 11, 2025.

This complies with the GFA Statutes which demands an Ordinary Session once every football season usually before the commencement of the said season.

“In compliance with Article 31(3) of the GFA Statutes 2019, the formal Convocation of Congress shall be made in writing and circulated to the Members of GFA at least seven (7) days before the stipulated date of the meeting of Congress.”

This convocation shall contain the Agenda, the Activity Report, the Financial Statements, the Auditors’ Report and any other relevant documents.

The FA encouraged Congress delegates and other stakeholders to take note of the scheduled date and prepare accordingly.
