GAF Recruitment: Applicant with Forged Documents Under Interrogation- Officer
The Director of Protocol for the Ghana Armed Forces, Colonel Evelyn Asamoah, has disclosed that one person is under interrogation after he presented an alleged forged document for the exercise at the El Wak Stadium.
According to her, the suspect is being interrogated to get to the root of the issue.
“We have recorded an incident. The printed summary sheet he printed is different from what we use on the portal.”
She said a scrutiny by the IT specialists proved it was fake.
Evelyn told the media the military police had taken over the investigation.
“We have not yet caused an arrest until we get to the root because we have to get to know the source to serve as a deterrent to others with the intention.”
The recruitment exercise resumed today, November 20, after the government ordered its suspension following a tragic stampede last week.
