The Awerekyekyere composer died in a hospital on Tuesday, May 16 aged 60.
The highlife legend lost his sight while he was based in Holland some years ago- a situation he attributed to spiritual forces during an interview two years ago.
He, however, was confident of regaining his sight back.
He is noted for songs like “Hini Me” and “Awerekyekyere”.
He was born to Master Bob Kwabena Akwaboah who is known as one of the pioneers of highlife in Ghana.
