Felix Annan to undergo scan after Knee injury


Asante Kotoko goalkeeper Felix Annan is set to undergo scan for the Medical team of the Porcupine Warriors to identify the degree of the injury.
According to the grapevine source, the captain will have the scan today to know his fate whether he can travel with the team for the CAF Champions League preliminary match.
The Kotoko Captain suffered a knee injury in Sunday’s 1-1 draw at Berekum with Berekum Chelsea at the Golden City Park after colliding with Stephen Sarfo for an aerial ball and was stretched off in the 87th minute.
The flamboyant shot-stopper have produced scintillating performances in all the two matches he has kept for the Ghanaian giants in the Ghana Premier League.
Kwame Baah who substituted Felix Annan on the 90th minute would be relied upon if Annan is ruled out of Friday’s African match.
Asante Kotoko is 7th on the league after two matches.
