Buokromhene Must Hand Over Land Apportioned to Sisrase- Asantehene

Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, Asantehene, has issued an order for Sisrase to be immediately designated an apportioned land by the chief of Buokrom, Nana Owusu Bempa.
The order was given after the Kumasi Traditional Council heard the case that involved a multiple land dispute involving Buokrom, Denteso, Damprane and Sisrase.
Pertaining to Sisrase, the Council heard how after a dispute between the chief of Buokrom and Sisrase in 2016, Otumfuo ordered that land be given to the latter.
However, nine years down the line, the order is yet to be carried out.
Though Nana Owusu Bempa was represented at the meeting by his chief linguist- due to ill health- Otumfuo directed him to have all the legal paperwork done to hand over the designated land.
“All the needed paperwork must be done to have the apportioned land handed over. I gave the order some time ago and it must be done immediately.”
The King further ordered that Buokromhene make known to him his regent immediately.
“He should take steps to inform me about the one to undertake all the official duties in his stead as he is sick so that I know what to do.”
