Bawumia Takes Break from Campaign
The 2024 Flagbearer of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr Mahamudu Bawumia has taken a break from his ongoing campaign across the country.
It took effective on Monday, August 12, 2024, a statement by his campaign team said.
“The Flagbearer of The New Patriotic Party, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia will from today 12th August 2024, take a short break from his constituency focused Possibilities Tour.”
As part of the break, Dr Bawumia who is currently the Vice President of the country will finalize his 2024 Manifesto, which is scheduled to be launched on Sunday August 18, 2024.
The campaign will resume immediately afterwards and will be development-focused, it noted.
“Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia resumes the campaign tour immediately after the Manifesto launch. The Bawumia Campaign Team calls on all Ghanaians to continue to stay with Dr. Bawumia on this exciting journey of unveiling Bold Solutions for the next chapter of Ghana’s development which is going to be heavily focused on Jobs and Businesses.”
