Extending it, the Chairman of the Governing Board of the school, Senior Lawyer Benjamin Acolatse said the school’s 75th anniversary is under the theme, ‘Celebrating 75 Years of Outstanding Leadership and Service to Society’.

He said the school was established in 1949 with 50 students characterized as “Pioneers”.

“Currently we understand only 11 are alive and we intend to host a ‘Pioneer Day’ for them in February 2025 as well as a Memorial event for the deceased.”

On matters relating to the affairs of the school, the Board Chair touted academic excellence with a tall list of pass rates in the WASSCE, trophies from global robotic competitions and more.

Otumfuo expressed his satisfaction with the welfare of the school as well as their performance and commended the tutors for their commitment and dedication.
