A/R: Asuofia Residents Call On The Government For Proper Traffic Management.

Residents of Asuofia have embraced themselves with massive traffic on their road.
Asuofia is a community within the Atwima Nwabiagya District of Ashanti Region.
They find it difficult to reach their workplace in the morning since the trotro drivers park in the middle of the road as they moved around for passengers.
In the evenings, they in turn reach their destination late.
In an interview on Opemsuo radio’s fastest-growing Morning show Nkwantananso, the Unit Committee Chairman for Asuofia Mr. Amankwaah Eric expressed his displeasure to the current Situation.
He emphasised on the fact that the drivers have no respect for the law hence they need for a stronger military control.
According to him, the leadership of Asuofia is working tirelessly to curbe the menace at hand but it keeps on increasing with each day.
City Guards are under training and it is their hope that they will pass out at the end of the month.
“We are pleading with the Government through the Atwima Nwabiagya District Assembly to help invest in our abandoned lorry terminal to enable all drivers have a place of comfort for work and the community at large” He added.
